When will my order ship?
All Ready to Ship rings ship within 24 hours (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends ship Monday.
How do I select overnight shipping?
Overnight shipping is available at checkout. Simply select the expedited shipping option and the cost will be calculated based on your location. Orders must be placed before 12pm PST for next-day delivery.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your ring ships. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within 24 hours of ordering.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within the United States to ensure fast, reliable delivery and the best customer experience.
What if I need my ring urgently?
